When you register to use our website we need to know certain information including your name, telephone number, postal address and email address. This information is used by us to contact you in relation to any orders placed through our website. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law and cannot be accessed by anyone except for our customer services department. We do not supply or sell customers details to any outside organizations.

Terms and Conditions

1. Prices : Goods are charged at the prices displayed on the product pages on our website and are exclusive of VAT. This excludes any mistakes or omissions on prices displayed on our website. We reserve the right to correct any mistakes related to prices and to alter prices at any time. Where there is a change in price, the customer will be notified before the order is processed. All prices are in UK pounds and will be billed in UK pounds.

2. Delivery: Once an order is submitted on our website, we will send an invoice to the customer within 7 working days. We must receive full payment for the invoice amount before goods are dispatched. If the goods ordered are not in stock we will inform the customer of the expected delivery time.

3. Return/Refund Policy: All items come with a 3 month guarantee from the date of purchase (we will not process any claims for goods after this 3 month period has expired). Where possible, the goods will be repaired or replaced. Where the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund will be offered to the customer.
